Happy Living Program ( Holistic Wellbeing )
This is the flagship program of Pranavam Wellness.
We believe that most of the conflicts and challenges the world faces today as individuals and communities are due to the lack of a state of holistic well-being in people. Once people are hale and hearty in body, mind and spirit, it is reflected in the work they do and the life they live. Their energy levels are very high and their influence on society too is positive.

Some of the following tools/techniques used:
Yoga – is an integral part of our lifestyle. It removes impurities from the level of mind and unites everything with the spirit.
Tai Chi – a Chinese form of stylized meditation in motion.
Diet – how participants CAN fit healthy eating into a busy lifestyle.
Meditation – is that which gives you deep rest. The practitioner just sits and allows the mind to dissolve.
Mindfulness – means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.
Guided Imagery – a method of relaxation which concentrates the mind on positive images in an attempt to reduce pain, stress, etc.
Affirmations – are positive phrases which you repeat to yourself which describe how you want to be.
